With over two decades of experience in long-term care leadership, Karyn E. Hildebrand brings a rare blend of clinical insight, strategic vision, and heartfelt commitment to her role as Administrator of Forest City Nursing & Rehabilitation. Since joining the team in 2021, Karyn has drawn on her extensive background in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s care, and regulatory compliance to guide the campus with both expertise and empathy.

Her leadership journey spans roles at Timber Ridge, Dunmore Health Care Center, and Golden Living communities throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. Along the way, she’s honed strengths in operations management, strategic financial planning, therapeutic recreation, and human resources, always with a focus on enhancing quality of life for residents and fostering a supportive culture for staff.

Whether working with physicians, residents, or families, Karyn is driven by a commitment to excellence, compassion, and community. Her steady leadership ensures that Forest City continues to deliver high-quality, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment.
